After the 4th service call and wasted time on our part, the unit was deemed a lemon and we were reimbursed for the microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much review, and the fact that we were replacing an LG microwave oven that we had for a number of years but finally gave out. Unfortunately, once installed, the reheat function continued to give a F-4 error code. Since it was under warranty, we opted to get it repaired. That part was pretty painless, but an inconvenience for a brand new product, nonetheless. Works great now. I'll recommend it to a friend but with a caveat.

Cooks faster than my old microwave
