[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about three weeks ago. I really like the features such as reheat, cook, and defrost. It is also very helpful that LG put a mini guide visible when the door is opened. I would have gone with five stars, but the Eco button doesn't work as described in the manual. It does work, but I have to press it after using the microwave instead of it entering energy saving mode on its own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this microwave with matching kitchen appliances and after only 4 years the microwave needs replaced. I tried to fix with replacing furs, door switches, magnetron, HV diode, and capacitor but it will still not heat. It was a great microwave until it wasn’t.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this microwave as part of an LG bundle for four and a half years and been very satisfied with appearance, features, and performance of this model.
Sadly, my original unit stopped working after three years, but fortunately I bought a five year protection plan and after an unsuccessful repair visit, ended up with a brand new replacement. I seem to have exceptionally bad luck with microwaves, though, as I've had at least four others (built-in and countertop) that have died over the last decade.
