Right when I get the year mark, it brakes.Will not heat.

used 13 months - not more than 5 times in a week -today heard a pop & it died. No lights or power. Would suspect the circuit board fried.

I bought it in May 2020, in September 2020 was not working, they came 4 times to service it , still today January 13, 2021 i dont have a working microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great improvement since my last one. Touch panel selections buttons are VERY easy to press. The above stove lights are much brighter. The fan is a little quieter. LOVE IT!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG Microwave, we had the 1st one for 10 years then gave it to our daughter.We also own an LG Range and a LG Washer & Dryer, my wife loves them all.
