We purchased this microwave oven for our new home. I like the sleek design of the handle. It works great. My only "con" is that it is a bit difficult to see into it to check on food inside. Partly due to the "screening" inside but partly due to the fact that it seems shorter in height vs other over the range microwave ovens I have used, therefore, it sits too high to look into it. (I am 5'5" tall). The inside is very easy to clean. The function buttons are easy to read and to cean. All in all its a good choice.

The installation instructions were pretty easy to follow, and installation itself was straightforward. Controls are intuitive. Heats well. Only complaint is door came with a small dent. Hard to notice but wish that hadn't happened.
