18 months old and I am getting ready to replace the vent grill cover for the second time. The first time was warrantied (it arrived that way) and now it is coming out of my pocket. The vent grill cover is a cheap, flimsy design. LG is not the company they used to be.

I bought this microwave 1 month ago. It fits perfectly in a 30" wide area above the range. I love the reheat feature as it automatically calculates the exact cooking time and stops itself when food is actually ready to eat and not super hot, besides it heats evenly which is great as my old microwave left super cold and super hot areas along the plate. It looks great in my kitchen, it's easy to clean inside, I have to say it is a little bit hard to clean in the outside though as it has very black glass color (which I love) but it makes any dirt or debris very visible.

It’s very quiet, easy to clean, love the child lock feature! I also love the sleek look it goes very nicely with all my LG appliances. I also love the fact that when I cook on it the food comes out evenly heated. By the way, I needed a small part that I lost and LG customer service was AWESOME as well.
