[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As far as a microwave works it is good the 1 real problem with this is that the lights are very dim. There is only 1 cooktop light and it sucks even after changing it to an L.E.D bulb.

Disappointed with this microwave. The control panel went out within warranty and was replaced. A year and a half later, the unit has stopped working completely. I will replace with another microwave and not an LG

I bought this as a replace to the initial one I bought 5 years ago when I did my kitchen renovation. I wasn’t happy to have to replace a microwave after only 5 years, but it couldn’t be fixed. I wanted it to match my other appliances so I got another one. This new one is ok. My only complaint is the effort it takes for the buttons to register a selection. IMO, it’s too hard.
