Had to fix 3 times already. 2 were covered under my home warranty but now that I don't have that service any more probably will buy a new unit different model of course potentially different brand. Maybe I got a lemon, if I didn't have these issues ratings would be closer to a 4. Easy to use, lots of features, everything you would expect from LG.
