[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this microwave in Sept 2021. I like everything about the microwave except for one thing, the exhaust fan. Even though it has several levels, including turbo, it will barely keep a paper towel sucked up to the vents. The flow is terrible. When cooking anything to a boil on the front burners of our LG stove, the fan will not pull the steam toward the vents, and it goes straight up. This causes the front of the micro and the cabinets above to get wet with condensation. We are very satisfied with all the other LG items in our home, Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, and TV, but disappointed in this important feature of the microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this over the range microwave based on the features and look. Not many choices in black stainless from any mfg'r but this one had everything I was looking for. I would give it 5 stars but the MW stopped heating after about 3 months. I called LG custimer support who did a fantastic job both with their fast response getting back to me and getting a service repairman here quickly to fix it. It turned out to be a blown fuse so not a big deal. The MW works just fine now. If nothing else happens in the next year, then LG will get the fifth star!
