Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this microwave with the belief it had a white interior, as seen in pics online, which would make it easy to see inside, while running. During Install we noted immediately it is dark finish. We decided to continue and installed figuring we could live with the color. After install, which was just at eye level looking into the appliance, we then noted the excessive black out area on the window prevented seeing lower profile cooking items. This is not acceptable and are currently looking for a replacement.

I really wanted a freezer in the bottom like my previous one but it wasn’t available. It is hard to reach inside the shelves and hard to see what is in there. When we put things in the fruit and veggie bins you can easily hit your head in the bottom of the freezer door. It looks nice but it’s not functional. Also the black stainless shows fingerprints and dust when the sun shines in

Short lived microwave

I don't know if I will recommend this product. It depends on the outcome of my service. After four month it stopped performing its main function which is to hot and cook my food. All else works. I waited one month for delivery, now I will wait one week for service. LG really should provide loaners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave works well, but the window is designed for users 6 ft and taller. I hadn't realized how important it is to be able to view the food in the microwave while cooking. I am 5' 4", but I can't see when the contents are melted, or beginning to bubble. This makes it hard to "catch" the food at a critical moment -- often necessary with a microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The three things that we noticed after installation was the inside light is very dull and the black screening on the door makes it impossible for a small person to see inside. My wife is 5 feet 6 inches high and see has trouble seeing the rotating dish. The inside dark color of the microwave makes it hard to see inside.

Does what it's supposed to do the freezer door sometimes gets stuck with that second drawer in there slam shut. The left French door slam shut if you're not careful don't think there's an adjustment for that. But it's refrigerator does its job we paid too much for it though.
