[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello. Good day. I am writing to voice my displeasure with my recent purchase of a stove model number LRG3194ST | SERIAL # 909MMRQ07526 | I liked it in the store and loved it when it was delivered but was quickly disappointed when I began to cook and bake. The stove was measured and balanced upon delivery but somehow, someway, the stove is uneven inside. It causes the cake pans and other food dishes to slide to the right of the oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The microwave is very good, but the display markings have all but erased. We don't use anything but damp cloth to clean the display panel, yet all the martkings have faded or erased.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Performance, Quality

All of a sudden it stopped working !??

I bought this in June 2019 as of August 2020 it’s not working properly. Seems as though I am not the only one. Of course I am only 2 months over the warranty period. Never had a problem with any other microwave in my 40+ years making this the worst microwave I have ever owned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only feature I wish this had was a beep that would sound in one-minute intervals after cooking was finished. Would make it easier to know when to remove products when they are supposed to remain in the microwave for a specified period of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this delivered about a week ago, and it’s beautiful! The water and ice works beautifully (the ice is smaller than average, which I actually like).
Only 4 stars because of a few reasons:
1- you have to open both fridge doors to get into the bottom deli drawer, which I find annoying
2 - one of the fridge doors needs pushed to close or else it beeps at us (in its defense, I have not yet consulted the manual or customer service to see if this can be adjusted).

We bought this unit in October 2015 and have really enjoyed the unit. We have yet to do large items in the unit, however, we recommend the unit for large and small items.
It goes quite well with the LG electric stove and the LG refrigerator, which we also have enjoyed for a year.
