Quiet operation, easy to use

Love our LG microwave, easy to use, quiet running. LG has the best products on the market. We purchased our LG oven and microwave a few months ago and are still learning about the oven. The microwave works great. We need to replace our refrigerator and dish washer and those will be LG. Love the Quality and design.

Powerful and easy to keep clean

Our previous microwave was 1,000 watts as well. This microwave heats faster for the same wattage. Simple controls that are easy to use. It looks sharp and is very easy to clean.

Microwave offers family covenience

I love that the touchpad just senses your fingers and you don't have to actually press the buttons. It also makes it really easy to wipe clean without making it turn on or the fan start! I have no complaints with this microwave. My kids can't see into the window very well as they have shaded it very high but I am not sure that standing in front of a microwave while it is on is a good thing anyway so that's okay with me! Cooks well and easy to clean. The fan and lights work well. I don't use it a lot but when I do I am not ever displeased.

I love this microwave. It is by far the most quiet microwave I have owned. I researched microwaves extensively online but really wanted an LG to compliment my LG Fridge, LG Stove, and LG Dishwasher. I am absolutely convinced I chose the right microwave. Plenty of features, attractive, and as stated before - Quiet!! I would highly recommend this microwave!!

We have only had this product for a few weeks. Install was easy. The only issue we notice so far is that because it is over the stove the face, including handle, gets very warm bordering on hot. This is why only 4 stars foe Quality. We have not used an OTR microwave before and this may be a common issue.

Excellent kitchen appliance

One snafu from the factory: the 50 watt halogen stove light seemed much dimmer on full bright compared to our replaced microwave's dual 30 watt incandescent lights. After 3 weeks, the bulb stopped working. I removed it and sure enough, the filament had broken. Replace the bulb and 'wow', what a difference. Just as bright as previous microwave lights. Must have had a defective bulb from factory. Microwave operation and fan is much quieter that replaced microwave. Interior is significantly larger too; a big plus during the holidays!
