Energy Star Microwave works well but lacking

I will say however as an energy saving appliance, it does not show the clock or a lit panel which I'm not too crazy about. However the overall functionality is great.

A lot of nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave has a lot of very nice features that make it easy to use. I would give it 5 stars and a raving review except for one thing: some of the touch sensors are non-responsive. You have to push certain buttons multiple times, and push them hard, to get them to work. We have only had it for a few months, but I see a service call in the near future - as soon as LG's site comes back up and I can request service.
