[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old unit was over 7 years old, and this unit does things so much quicker. The only thing that bothers me is the viewing window is partially shaded, so unless I use my step stool I can't see how things are progressing on the turning table. But then again those pre-programmed settings haven't let me down yet and have worked great for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit to replace a previous LG unit. Love the appearance and features. We reheat leftovers a lot. The larger plate inside allows placement of multiple bowls of food. Have not quite figured out the sensing part, but working on it.I been using a plastic cover, but I think a piece of a paper towel would work better. One of the mounting holes was different than the previous unit. I would recommend this unit.
