[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice microwave, however, the metal shelf is placed way to low, can hardly get a regular size bowl in there, without removing it, and that is a pain. Chose it because CR said it was a best buy.
Pros: Style/Design, Performance, easy to use

It was easy to install and the quality exceeds my expectations. We are so happy we chose LG products to update our kitchen.

Replacement microwave LG after four years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model to replace my previous LG MIcrowave which died after 4 years and 2 months. The repair costs were double the cost of a new microwave so I am hoping that this new one lasts much longer. I bought it because the stainless steel matches the color of my previous one; otherwise I would have gone to another brand.

Solid Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not great but it is good. The sensor cooking settings are fantastic and it is fortunately easy to service as I have had to replace thermal fuses a couple of times. It is big and it cooks well just be ready to replace a few parts.

Disappointed in the lighting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this microwave. I have two complaints, 1) there are no quick start buttons and 2) THE INSTALLATION WAS A HUGE PAIN IN THE REAR!! Directions were not very specific at all! It took my husband 3 1/2 hours to install , total nightmare.

Good quality and very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace another microwave. This LG model is super quiet, both during cooking and when using the fan for ventilation. The sensor for reheating and cooking works extremely well. The "turntable off" feature is great for large dishes. I do wish that the lights (both interior and exterior) were a bit brighter.
