Easy to Use

Had for two months and mainly use to reheat, haven't prepared any meals yet, Working just fine. Like the index for reheating directions.

Hood range/microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This one heard up very quickly and pretty quiet. Touch controls a little harder to push than I like. The clock and timer display a little small. But it's nice I like it.

Very quiet - was easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a pre-existing microwave which was the same size so the installation was a breeze. What we noticed first was how much quieter this LG microwave is over the previous microwave. Just 2 things:
1) This LG does not have a quick one minute touchpad… ie; you have to enter a 1 and 2 zeros
and then hit start to do 1 minute. Our prior unit had that feature which we used a lot.
2) The door of the unit was hard to close… There was too much play at the hinge which caused the closing latch to be too low - I had to modify two neoprene washers and snap into the hinge area in order to raise the door so that it would close easily. This is a design flaw that should be corrected.
Other than those two things, this is a nice unit and we are pleased with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this a few months ago and it's been great so far! Seems to heat thoroughly and has lots of options. I've read that some people have issues with boiling water on the range screwing with the control panel, I haven't had this issue yet.
So the product itself is 5 stars, the shipping took alot longer than desired as we were without chef mic for a couple weeks.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use
