Seems like a quality product at a good value, which is why we bought it after much research and reviews. Only negatives would be that the window is too dark to actually see inside if you're wondering about the status of what is being heated and the exterior finish was rubbed down on the corner when we received it, apparently from during shipping. Since we didn't notice it until we had hung it, didn't mess with it as we didn't want to take it back down and wait for another to be delivered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] works great, the only thing we don't like is that the digital clock shuts off after a few minutes. the clock is at eye level and can be seen from nearly everywhere in the kitchen, it would be nice if it stayed on. LG's excuse is that it save energy, however messages like "cook end", "end", stay on forever. The tiny amount of electricity a digital clock uses is so small, it's pointless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old unit that gave up after fifteen years and figured it would be a lot of trouble to find something that fit in the same space. Wow it was so easy as they are standard size and light weight! The buttons are touch screen style and so easy to use. The unit is quiet even when running the fan. We've had it a week so far and just love it! This is our second LG appliance and will probably continue to up grade other appliances to the LG family.

Nice--but does not have one button cook

Great Microwave...we looked all over and chose this one to replace a relatively new Firgidaire This one was rated top by consumers reports- it cooks well and is quiet.. it has a great fan...quiet and powerful.. It does not have the ability to push say 5 and then cook for 5 min. You need to punch in 500 to get a 5 min. cook. Also the satinless steel is very pretty but shows fingerprints unlike the Frigidaire which does not...
