Built to Last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave about 2 months ago and love it. I wanted a microwave that would vent the cooking smoke and smells outside. It does a great job. It is build to last, the door feels very solid when you open it. Accented the kitchen wonderfully.
The only problem with the microwave is the fan is loud, even on low. But I did want a fan that worked, so I am oK with the loudness. You only need the fan on while cooking, so you can enjoy your dinner without noise or smoke.

Ruined by poor assembly quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice microwave overall, looks good, very functional.
However, the one we received was poorly put together. The door does not align correctly with the body of the microwave. When we shut the door, it requires holding the handle and consciously pushing the door, fairly hard, onto the receiver slots. If that isn't done the microwave appears to be shut - and in fact will even display a cook time if activated - but it won't actually work because the door is only 99% shut, not 100%, and one of the safety checks isn't shut.
This doesn't sound like all that big a deal and it isn't the end of the world. But for a brand-new microwave to show up with a constant, irritating flaw in the assembly, just isn't the way a quality product should be delivered to consumers.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this when I changed my range so I would have some ventilation. So far, so good. Have had a bit of problem with instructions, but it is on my end, not the fault of the microwave. Good results, easy to clean. Wish light were a bit brigthter of the inside, or glass on door less dark. So far, would recommend to others..

Using the diagram for the wall that came with the range made it extremely easy to mount. Additionally, the easy button features and small cooking manual makes it easy to operate and set ups for the timed diners. My wife loves it to so it’s a win-win.
