Brighter cooktop light & the easy clean surface are such nice features! The melt & soften option is perfect for recipes that might take up valuable time for bringing ingredients like butter or cream cheese to room temperature! Loving this new addition to my kitchen.

It replaced a 30 year old unit, so we were a little anxious about all the new buttons and options - but it has proved to be pretty easy to maneuver through all of the options. It seems very easy to clean, and the manual is very well written.

I typically just use microwaves on high. One drawback is the control panel doesn't always respond to my touch. It's as though I need to find the magic spot to get it to "Start." Otherwise, it's been great!

So far it has performed well and has features we were used to such as the +30 sec, popcorn setting, defrost choices and timer. New features I love are the soften/melt and an off button for the turntable. It doesn't come up often but handy when it does. Looks very sleek also.
