[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave oven was purchased to replace another brand that had failed after 10 years - just stopped heating one day. While the LG was not the least expensive available it checked all the boxes for features that we wanted. I am particularly pleased with the glass user panel. Most of the comparable models use a "heavy film" on the user panel and that looks and feels like it won't hold up. Installation was very easy since this was a replacement - I didn't even have to change the mounting plate on the wall - thanks for that LG. Good Engineering. The exhaust fan came positioned for "outside" venting but it is capable of "inside" venting if required. The one option I wish was available is a black handle on the door to match our other appliances. As it is aluminum, I'll have it powder coated black. Overall we like the appliance and would recommend it to anybody.

Needs more light.

Good size. Love the Cook function and that the settings for that are printed right on the over. Filters are so easy to clean and change. I would prefer that it had more interior light.
