[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave just after thanksgiving. So far I have absolutely no problems with it. It does everything I expected it to do plus more. I especially like the black interior. The only thing that I don’t care for is that when cooking you really can’t see the interior very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this on the quickest shopping spree ever !! the day before Christmas Eve , my microwave decided to die on me. with a large family gathering at our home on christmas I absolutely had to have a microwave.. looked at several and liked the LG the best.. we are more than happy with our choice. easy to use , all the fuctions I need and a nice large capacity . Very very happy with my purchase.

It heats like a microwave, as one should expect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for over a month. Though the same wattage, the surface light is not as bright as my old microwave. Easy to wipe clean. The only issue I have with this microwave is at times the timer will start counting down but the microwave is not doing anything. I press the door handle and the microwave will start running. Possibly a door latch or switch within the door latch assembly not always making contact.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 1month ago. Typical install with husband. Still getting adjusted to new features. More powerful than old microwave. I removed shelf because space between that and revolving plate was very narrow. Will add when needed. Window to see inside while microwave is on is dark so food is hard to see. Glad I bought the black stainless and will consider LG for other new appliances.

Features are average with other microwaves.
The "Start" button is not sensitive enough (need a warm finger) while other buttons are good.
This model could also be better if:
1) The door viewing window was less obstructed... a lot of the viewing area is blackened and thus hard to see if you are a shorter person.
2) Brighter light needed for over the stove
