[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old LG unit was six years old and nearly all of the presets had stopped working and it didn't always engage the microwave. Consumer Reports rated the LMV2031 unit very highly so we went with that model. LG models rated in the middle of the pack for reliability. We're not doing anything exotic with the microwave. Heating water for baby bottles, warming up left overs and cooking frozen meals and this oven handles all of that easily and efficiently. We did notice right away that this unit is quite a bit louder than our old LG. Its not the fan noise that's louder. It's when the magnetron heating element is engaged. Overall, we like the unit (haven't had an opportunity to make use of the easy clean interior surface yet) but we do wish it would be as quiet as our previous LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought the microwave a few months ago and I love it.The paper diagram was a little difficult to read as well being it had lots of numbers that really didn't mean anything to this microwave. The whole process took about an hour hours from removal to installation.
