The on-screen directions are simple to follow; even my husband can work it every time. The sensor feature is fantastic! If I had known how good it was, I would not have waited to buy it!

I love the fingerprint free stainless steel finish. My favorite feature so far is the vent fan, it has 4 different speeds- I regularly turn it on slow when using the range to help remove some of the gas odor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite what the manual says, everything written on the internet, and my salesperson calling LG, there was NO PART INCLUDED for venting this microwave OUTSIDE. This is extremely aggravating. We can’t get anyone to give us a straight answer . I purchased it because Consumer Reports rated it highly, and the microwave itself works fine.
