Great advertised features but poor quality

This printer has great features. However, the quality of the product is not what HP printers used to be. The ADF failed within a month. The introductory toner that comes with the printer did not deliver the advertised output.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far no issues. Print quality is great. Has all the software features of a SMB printer. The only thing I would change is one cannot add a third tray and the tray holds less than 50 pages.
I would recommend this to a friend!
