Rattles

Have had this a little over 3 weeks now and it rattles. A little disappointed that my nice new dryer is rather noisy.

This is the first half review for this dryer, the second will come later.
I really like the features that this dryer has and the value seems pretty good for what it is. I have a problem though. This machine hasn't functioned since the day I brought it home. The dyer was wired, installed, and all the lights come one. No error codes. The dryer will not spin. Select the desired setting and a buzzing sound is heard for less than a second then nothing.
I can't return this to where I got it from because it has been over 30 days. This dryer sat in a box in my garage while I was waiting to close on my house. The best I can hope for is a warranty service on whatever is keeping this from working. I will update my review once I hear back from Samsung.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, does not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dryer has performed well. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to set drying preferences yourself. The machine thinks it's smarter that I am!!

INTUITIVE CLOTHES CARE

Operating this dryer is a breeze. I love the Wrinkle Prevent feature. It's also possible to dry delicates or "shrinkable" items at a low temp, but at a "very dry" setting. With my old dryer, I would have to damp dry then hang dry to prevent shrinkage. The cute "Magic Flute" end of cycle signal makes me smile, rather than jump up.
Because I love this dryer, when our washer died recently, we bought the matching washer. The "fuzzy control" auto control system takes a lot of the guess work out of selecting the correct water level, etc. etc. This is my first HE washer, so it took a few loads to get used to using the correct amount of detergent. I've heard the new top loading HE washers don't get clothes as clean as the "old" agitator types. I beg to disagree. So far, I am pleased with the results.
Pros: Bright display, easy to pause or stop and reset, wrinkle prevent is great
