I bought a new washer and dryer set to update our appliances 6 months ago in preparation for our newborn. He's been home for a week and the dryer just went out on us. I hope samsung has a responsive service. I know mechanical parts fail, but this is very unfortunate timing.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good choices for different types of drying

I like the different choices you have on the panel for drying different items. I also like the way you can see the stages of drying. Be sure to read the manual as it gives good details for various types of items being dried.
Pros: it is fairly quiet.

I recently just bought this dryer in a set with my washer. I have used other brands before but being this is my first time going with Samsung I am very pleased. I love the features and its very quiet, definitely a good buy for the money.

This product has cut my laundry time in half

I purchased the Samsung washer & dryer combo. I have had these for 6 months and am in love with the product so far. It has cut my laundry time in half. Before I had to do a load of laundry every day or every other day. The large capacity of the washer & dryer make it easier to do a large load of clothes. I love that the washer does not have an agitator in the center, this always made clothes get stuck or ripped. I also love the design of both of these items and they sing to you when your clothes are done. How awesome is that? I am happy I purchased these two items.
