Dryer looks nice but dryer was a bit pricey but it was the best selection at the time I purchased it since the old one conked out and my tenant needed a dryer which would fit in the space available
Pros: looks nice
Cons: a bit expensive

Really good dryer with a got ya design problem...

The dryer was delivered 6 days ago and so far we are really pleased with it. A heads up, however. The top of the dryer slopes down slightly toward the front and then the front edge has a more pronounced slope/curve. I just spent the last hour cleaning up Clorox II from the laundry room floor after the bottle slipped off the front and naturally the top was off. (The phone rang and I put the bottle on top of the dryer to answer the phone. Boy, what a mess when I came back.) So, if you put any bottles on top of the dryer make sure the cap is on.

I love the wrinkle guard feature

I have only had this dryer for about 1 month and find the wrinkle guard a nice feature that I hadn't included on my must haves. The instructions for changing the door opening were spot on and it only took me about 10 minutes to accomplish that task.
Pros: Bright display

This is the first dryer I've owned where the dampness sensor actually works! This dryer will dry a load of towels in about 45 minutes where my last one took more than 1 hour.
I gave the design only an average rating because the door barely clears one laundry basket (and definitely not 2), plus the height is slightly higher than what it replaced so now my washer and dryer are not even on top and at this price point I think it should have an interior light.

If you want a no nonsense moder dryer, look no further. This is the best product that provides everything that you may need in a dryer and beyond.

This dryer began squealing less than a year after purchase. It was fixed under warranty.
This issue began again 4 months later (out of warranty now).
I am waiting to see if Samsung will repair under warranty again. If so, I will update to give a better review for good customer service. However, if they fail to fix this under warranty then I would suggest that nobody purchases this product.

Original issue is a pulley wore out in less than a year. The new issue is exactly the same. This seems like a design issue if pulleys wear out every 4 - 8 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are satisfied overall with the dryer's performance. Make sure the model you buy has even the smallest features you take for granted...such as: a light inside. We remove many items to hang dry after drying on low for 10 minutes. A light would make finding those items within the load much easier to find!
