34 MONTHS OLD... ALWAYS VIBRATION NOISE... HAVE HAD TO REPAIR TWICE AND BROKEN AGAIN!!!! BELT TENSIONER BURNED UP TWICE AND HAD TO REPLACE BELT AND TENSIONER.... NOW HEATING ELEMENT BROKEN... WORST PURCHASE EVER MADE.... SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH MAYTAG

I just bought this set washer n dryer and it's already broken down and waiting on repair man to come fix althought still under warranty because we just purchased a couple months ago this is why we bought brand new so we wouldnt run into break downs and waitting to do my laundry! Very dissatisfied

a good product but had to replace the idler pully arm after only 3 years not happy! i would expect this product to last at least 10 years before problems developed

manufacturer warranty just expired a month ago, we’ve had it for exactly one year and a month. dryer drum won’t stop spinning unless the door is left open. there is no heat. do not waste your money.
