Horribly built

We bought this unit with the matching washer roughly 26 months ago… the drum already has a hole in it with no way to stopping it from ruining the clothes.

Unreliable brand in the washer/dryer space

Stay away from Samsung Washer and dryers. My washer was recalled and my dryer has been given me many problems and repeated calls to local repair men. I took it apart myself twice and replaced the pulley and fan. Just a terrible product and not reliable.

Super bad dryer!!

We bought this dryer about 6 yrs ago and we’ve had nothing but trouble with it. The heating element went out after a couple of years and now the drum won’t spin. We will never buy a Samsung product again due to the lack of quality for the price you spend. Very disappointed. Now trying to figure out next steps with no dryer and a family of 5. I know it’s not under “their warranty” but Samsung should still fix their issues!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken Drum

I bought this couple of years ago working perfectly fine but having the same problem as I see so many others has Broken Drum and I can’t even get fixed as fixing will cost almost the same as buying New

Good dryer but stopped heating up.

Bought this dryer back in 2017, good dryer when ypunput it on time dry. However, it stopped heating up a few weeks ago.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Don't buy Samsung crap!!! Both the washer and dryer are awful. We've had both repaired several times. The washer rusted on top. The dryer has been repaired twice and sounds like an airplane while running. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!
