bought this dryer about 2 years and man i still love this thing just as much if not more than the day we took it out the box great great great dryer

Before buying this dryer I was a Samsung Lover! Noticed a thumping noise while drying a few days ago, today I realize that there is a decent size hole in the drum. Bought this a year and a half ago, so warranty just expired. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I GOOGLED AND REALIZED MANY OTHERS HAVING SAME ISSUES !!!.
$400+ to fix. Go buy a low end used dryer from the goodwill before you waste money on this one, it should last you more than the year and half mine lasted for me..
just in case you were wondering, It was installed by store we purchased at, and we did not overuse or abuse it. The drum of the dryer looks strong! But there is a hole in the back where the back and side of the drum meet. Looks like something ripped thru it. Very poorly made. Always seemed like it took too long to dry to. miss that used Whirlpool that I had for years before I thought I upgraded to this one.
If you need something dependable, look elsewhere.

Excellent dryer. Can dry 3 loads at 1 time. Many features. Love the sensor drying. Can dry 3 loads in the time it took me to dry 1 load in my old dryer. The only draw back to this model is that it doesn't have a light.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: no dryer light

Purchased New Washer to replace my 3 year old washer and then researched a new drier and purchased this one. Great purchase. My wife and I enjoy doing the laundry again.

Perfect machine for large families. The best washer I have ever used. The cycle times are fast but very effective, and quiet. I can't say enough good things about this machine

Samsung dryer is very quiet works great, if you have laundry room on your first floor living area then the Samsung Dryer excellent for it is so quiet you forget your doing laundry. My laundry room is off my kitchen and you cant hear the Dryer or Washer running. Dryer has excellent features and easy to use.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
