I've had several complaints that people would hear themselves echoing when talking to me while I have the case on. I did some testing of my own where I'd take off the case and the echo goes away, put the case on and the echo returns. I've looked it up and has happened to many others with suggestions of adding foam or a cotton sheet etc. All of which didn't fix the problem for me. Other than the echo the case is looks good and feels quality made.
Pros: High quality
Cons: poor call quality

I have had several Otterbox cases and they have all been out standing. My latest one the "Symetry" is for the wife. She likes it and Ive had a good look at it and its not as tricky to set up as the commuter or defender cases. Not quite as much protection but still very good.

It's a decent, durable case. Colors are true to the picture. It's not the strongest otterbox, but it's good it you drop every now and then. It doesn't have covers over the different ports, but that's good for me, as I tend to pick at them until they come off.

The case does what it's supposed to do and protects my phone. It was easy to put on and I've dropped it several times with no damage.
It's not super rubbery so it doesn't get stuck in the pockets of my jeans and it's a fairly slim fit, both of which are huge advantages for me.
The case is attractive and fits well. It does not hinder the use of accessories or function keys/buttons.
My only concern is that the bottom of the case has slipped over the bottom 2 corners of my Galaxy S4 twice now. Once in several weeks I can overlook but twice concerns me. I'll keep an eye on it.
Overall, I genuinely like this case and it's definitely worth what I paid for it.
