I bought this scanner several months ago to basically scan old photos and make distribution to the selected individuals. The scanner works well for that purpose but I had a few issues loading the drivers, since resolved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this for a project in one of our departments. Easy to setup and seems to be working well for the project. Just basic scanning saving to network folders.

It is great to use - fast and is my third Epson Scanner. I just wear them out! Just found an old album of my parents who are long gone now, scanned every picture to share with my siblings.

Mac OS 10.14 currently does support 32-bit applications, like the drivers for your Perfection V19, so you can download and run your software normally. When Apple releases their new OS in the future, you should be able to find updates to your Epson software at our Support site.
