Good features, Good for Windows ~ No Mac friendly

I don't recommend it for MacOs High Sierra. To be able to use it, you need to register the scanner multiple times.

almost brain dead easy to use lol

i am a photographer with cerebral palsy and i needed a scanner that was very easy to use to scan pictures...and it is..the only thing i had to call customer service for was to learn how to delete the memory of the previous picture i scanned from the scanner..other than that it is just plug in and play i personally love the black and white scan feature..its a great scanner..epson understands picture quality :)
Sooooo, you have to unplug the flimsy USB cord when done scanning. What were you thinking?

To turn the scanner off, disconnect the USB cable. I am trying to scan something not apply for a loan

when I want to scan, I expect to plug it in and go. Im the paying customer, not you. I do not want to have to enter endless personal info - also tedious serial numbers and codes the aren't explained - in the USER MANUAL state CLEARLY where I find these codes so I don't have to google it. I hope a company finds a way to offer a product that can be unboxed and GOOD TO GO.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
