Epson Perfection V19 Scanner is

I have had no issues with this scanner. It is very reliable, not as fast as our high-speed scanner which is part of our high speed copier, but for a desktop model it is sufficient. The software operation is simple, easy to understand, and the versatility of saving files to many different file types is very useful. It is also nice that it operates using the power of the pc, it saves the hassle of more wires in the workspace. It is also slim and doesn't take up much more room than the size of the paper itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product. Easy to install and set up. Enjoy only having one cord with both USB and power in same cord. But could not get Easy Photo Scan software to work. All the other programs did work.

A great little scanner

For the money, I do not think it can be beat. The automatic scan is perfect, and you can even change the resolution in that. And if you want to get fancy, there are those options as well. And it is powered by USB only, which saves on confusion with electrical outlets. I have a scanner/printer, but this one is just so much easier to use!

I've always found Epson products to be reliable, and this remains true with the Epson V19 Scanner. It provides good resolution and I use it mostly to scan documents into storage for easy access at any time.

Have not used it much; however, it does seem to work well to supply good quality scans. I really like the fact that it gets power through the computer than through a 110v outlet! Note: When I downloaded the Adobe software, it seemed to cause a problem with my Adobe Photoshop which I finally had to reload.

I have scanned over a thousand images in the three days I've had this scanner. It's not perfect but does a reasonably good JOB. i am using it full automatic and it has black & whited a couple of color images and to be sure you get the entire photo leave a half inch or so border when you place your picture on the scanning glass. More space might be better. I had some badly faded photos and the "Color restore" is fantastic. If you are one a budget, this is the one.

Warning for Windows 10 users

Could not get this printer to work with Windows 10. I'm sure there is a patch or workaround, but I'm not that good with computer stuff. So the printer is back in it's box and stuck in a corner somewhere. It might be a great scanner. I don't know.
