Best scanner for the price

I love this scanner! I've been using my new free time (due to the Coronavirus lockdown) to scan years of pictures, and so far I've done two years' worth without a glitch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

ACTUALLY WORKED WHEN INSTALLED

When installing be sure to install the software before connecting. This is per the instructions.
As usual I was sloppy, plugged it in before installing software, expected action like with my previous V37, nothing doing. After software installation it came to life and seems to work as well as my V37 which crapped out after a few years.
Registration did not work with software but was able to do it on-line by googling "V19 registration". Thank heaven for google.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Meet the need

My 10 year old epson scanner died, so I saw this scanner on line. I am retired and my requirements decreased greatly. I hooked it up and it was exactly the same format as my old one. I did not have to learn anything new. The scan process is quicker, better optics, and quietier than the old one. The price was also great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The scanner works fine, but what I really appreciated was the ease with which I was to able to reinstall the software after I updated my operating system. It was all very clear on the website.

The Scanner is light weight; about the size of a very flat medium lap top. You can scan documents in your car, library or in peoples homes [you don't need a power cord; comes with USB/phone charger cord]. For a writer on the go, like me, it's great for scanning documents and articles.

EASY TO USE AND TRULY GREAT FEATURES!

I AM BUILDING A FAMILY HISTORY OF PHOTOS DATING BACK TO 1864 INCLUDING MY GRANDPPARENTS, PARENTS, SIBLINGS, MY CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDREN, AND GREAT GRANDCHILDREN. THIS HAS BEEN EASY TO USE AND I LOVE THAT IT IS EASY TO ADD COMMENTS AS THE PHOTO IS SAVED. I'M 70 SO NO TIME TO WASTE. ALL THIS WILL BE IN THE ANCESTRY DATA BASE EVENTUALLY.
IF I COULD IMPROVE ON IT, I WOULD WANT A WAY TO VIEW NEGATIVES

I bought this about 18 months ago. It's been on my desk and a godsent scanner! No more running out to the store to copy all what I need to copy. I plug it in my laptop and I scan. So much time gained! The copies are always great. It's very light, so if you need to move it, it is not a problem. It's also compact. It doesn't take much space on my desk. It always works like a charm. I should have gotten it a long time ago. I highly recommend this product.
