So convenient to use.

This unit is very lightweight and portable. I have managed to drop it 6 or 7 times without any problems - it is truly built like a rock.

Great Scanner for the money

I bought this several weeks ago. It broke within the first 10 scans the day I received it. Returned it and received a new one. It works very well. Scans pictures and documents. The pics turn out great!

This scanner is truly exceptional for its price point. I scan artwork so it's important for me to be able to scan at high resolution and with the most accurate colors possible. Thus far, scans from this model have exceeded my expectations.

Can't make scanner work.

I have a MacBook Air running OS 11.1. Downloaded and installed app / drivers. Connected USB. Clicked app icon for Epson Scan 2.app. Setting window opened. No settings listed.Tried same with Epson Scan2 Utility.app. Same result. Can’t find a tech support number to call. Scanner not working for me. Not sure what to do!
