Scans well enough but there is no option for where the copy is located.. It simply vanishes and try as I might I cannot send it to a fixed destination. Its going back tomorrow

Great for basic purpose

It is not obvious how to use the buttons on the front of the printer. There are no instructions I found on how to activate/use them. Other than that, great product.

Product does not turn on when I connect it to my laptop. Tried several laptops. Installed the drivers.

It was purchased for small office use. I'm the only one that uses it. For business, it's amazingly slow, but for home use, I think it would be a decent scanner to own. Runs off of USB port power, so only 1 wire to hide, it's a flat as a laptop, has a built in stand to sit it upright saving desk space, and provides decent resolution. I haven't scanned any pictures or photos though, so I can't comment on that. Other than that, the scanner is....eh, okay. I guess.
