dryer is only 6 months old. takes 2 hours to dry a small and light weight load! larger mixed load takes 3+ hours!! so inefficient!!

Second samsung drey in two years

it worked great for about a year and started making a loud grinding noise. purchased another one and the same thing after a year of use. it also leaves dark marks and burnt marks on my clothes. clothes get caught within the tumbler/drum inside. two dryers in two years. never doing samsung again.

Wrinkle Release Feaure

one feature that was very important to us was the wrinkle release feature. extremely disappointing. the clothes lie on the paddles during the cycle and do not tumble. they are more wrinkled than when we put them in.

Hey, Jayne. Thank you for telling us about what you were experiencing with your dryer. Using the Wrinkle Release cycle; Small loads of 1 to 4 items work best. Load fewer garments. Load similar-type garments. The tumble speed will change accordingly. ^Pat
