Works fine as long as you follow the directions. It doesn't work too well with large and small items in the same load. Otherwise,it does a good job.

We are first time buyers of Samsung and really think the product is excellent and design and performance. Very quiet when drying clothes and love the musical timer ending.Was an easy setup.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display

NO LIGHT INSIDE THE DRYER

Too many settings. NO light inside the dryer. I can't see to get all the little socks out of it. I used to dry my sheets in 60 minutes or less. This dryer says 84 minutes! This dryer needs a sensor to shut off when the clothes are dry. If I choose the wrong setting (because I don't know what setting to use) I go and try to get the clothes out and they are still wet.
It does a good job of drying my regular clothes in a faster time.
This dryer could use a setting for Jeans.

So far I am very happy with this dryer. Has a lot of nice features and does a great job drying my clothes. I also like the chimes upon completion of the cycle, instead of an annoying buzzer.
Pros: Durable, efficient

Excellent machine

We have had this machine for a little over a month now and absolutely LOVE it. The only reason I gave it a 4 on performance is because the back metal panel has started to rattle quite a bit during the spin cycle, but we have a technician coming out on Saturday to take a look see. We tried taping the metal cover down but that didn't help, and my hubby says all the nuts are tight and didn't want to fiddle with it any more. Thank goodness we purchased the extended warranty; otherwise the visit would come out of our pocket.
I was hesitant on getting a machine without an agitator (guess I'm old school), but would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't have super soiled/oily clothing (like a mechanic or farmer perhaps). Our weekend "play clothes", as we call them, come clean and we get pretty grungy around the yard every weekend! I really love the spin cycle too because the clothes are barely damp when they are done, which makes the drying time incredibly quick.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, beautiful to look at!
Cons: back panel rattle
I would recommend this to a friend!
