Bought it Sept. 1 2014 stopped working Oct. 1 2015. 30 days out of warranty of course. Piece of cr..., stay away.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations, only worked for a year
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The microwave was very easy to install. If you have a little ability with tools you can save a install fee. The instructions were well written and easy to understand. The microwave itself is simple to use and preforms great. I would refer any of my family and friends to this produce.

I don't have much experience when it comes to OTR ovens, but this bad boy seriously needs two people to install it. Overall, it weighs about 100 lbs when you include the boards needed to keep it from falling

Besides being friendly to operate is easy to clean it is also the wright size for my kitchen. It has the light fiture when is working and I can see what I am cooking is also a perfect match for my range and refrigirator

We love this new microwave. It is quieter and has a great sleek design. The only negative is that it cooks popcorn a tad too long when the popcorn button is used. Other than that, we are extremely happen with this purchase.
