I like the looks of this microwave and that it is stainless steel.

I was disappointed because I can not use the timer and the cook feature at the same time. I did not realize this before I bought it. The store did not have this in stock, but it was part of a suite so we bought it.
Also, this is our third microwave since purchasing the suite. The first one had to be taken back , screws were messed up. The second one had dents in the door. It was 30 days after purchase before the third one was delivered. I guess we lost 30 days on our warranty.

The microwave was easy to install overhead above the new range, and now we have matching stainless range, microwave and refrigerator all together. Microwave is easy to use. I wish it came with a more extensive owner's manual/cooking directions, but we are figuring it out. Fine product.

Purchased this model to replace 3 year old similar unit. Wanted to purchase the exact replacement to make installation easier. Found the holes needed in my cabinet did not line up, and had to make three new ones. Other than that, we are very pleased with the look and functionality of this product. We are the proud owners of SAMSUMG products in all aspects of our life - from cell phones to TV's and our appliances. GREAT company to do business with....

I could not be more pleased with this purchase. Superior quality and function. Stylish looks. Awesome features. The over-the-range feature clears up valuable counter space and make the wife very happy. What more could a guy ask for?
