This over the range microwave performs to standards as advertised. The high wattage heats food faster than standard manufacturer-recommended cook times. Although the fan is louder than many other brands' microwaves of similar quality, it does what it is intended to do. Additionally, the turntable spins steadily and the door swings without defects. Both interior and exterior lights provide sufficient coverage of their respective areas. The control panel is easy to navigate for optimal functionality. I would recommend this product (and many Samsung products) to anyone.

Cons: loud

Haven't had it installed and used it very much but so far very satisfied. If I can see a possible improvement, it would be brighter range lights.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: range lights could brighter

We purchased the Samsung Microwave at Home Depot. The price was definitely right, and we were delighted when we installed the oven. It perfectly matched our range, and offered ALL the features that we wanted. We would definitely buy Samsung again!

This unit meets our need a over the range unit. The fan works great. The microwave works wonderfully. We wish the the light was quite a bit brighter and that the display had better lighting.

very good microwave, but light for stove top surface is way too low, does not light up enough for cooking.
