MORE THAN I EXPECTED

WE HAVE HAD AN OVER THE RANGE MICROWAVE FOR OVER NINE YEARS. THE LAST ONE WAS HARD TO INSTALL THIS ONE WE INSTALLED IN AN HOUR AND LOOKS VERY GOOD. IT IS MUCH STRONGER THAN THE OLD ONE AND COOKS MUCH FASTER EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE BOTH 1000
WATTS. THE ONLY DRAWBACK THAT I CAN SAY IS THERE IS VERY LITTLE IN THE LINE OF AN OWNERS MANUEL. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS MICROWAVE AS WELL AS MY OTHER SAMSUNG APPLIANCES.

Seems like a good microwave. Clock numbers are easy to read. Nice blue numbers stand out at night. Easy to set and accurate timer.for cooking food.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Lightweight, peasy to read numbers

We bought this microwave to match our other appliances while updating our kitchen. It actually worked great until recently. We have had it for less than 2 years and it doesn't heat food anymore and of course the warranty is out. A microwave should last longer than two years. They just don't make them like they used to. Very disappointed. I expected higher quality from Samsung products.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
