It takes several tries to get the touch pad to enter numbers or other options to work. The lights quite dim and does not provide enough light for stove.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this over-the-range microwave for Christmas this past year due to my whirlpool model kickin' the bucket. After some time with installing, this microwave looks great with a sleek design and works wonderfully! Looking forward to using this product in 2017!

Works fine but buttons hard to push

I am a little older and found the buttons are not easy to use. You have to locate just the right spot on each selection and then push hard. Difficult for someone with arthritis in their hands. The microwave works well and was a great value. Had I known the buttons were so hard to push I would have spent more for a model with more pressure sensitive buttons or a touch screen.

Cons: push buttons are difficult
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
