Be carefull

After a year it allows the unit to function but not heat. The microwave looks great but its a real piece of junk in my book. I will never buy another Samsung product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Vary simple to install and instructions were vary clean how to do it. Once it was in place there were no problems using it. The set up was simple and in minutes you were cooking a meal. The light about the stove is great too. The fans for cooking are also great and simple it use. Cleaning the filter will be easy also , they are right at your finger tips. In all its easy and simple to use.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

returning it immediately! after spending all the money to get it installed, it has NO SUCTION!
had a samsung tech person here and it's really a faulty design problem. It won't even draw the smoke from a candle out! Had a pot of boiling water on the stove and all the steam went straight up the front of the microwave.
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS TO MY WORST ENEMY! DO NOT BUY!

this microwave is so much better than the previous one i had. it looks great and works great and gets the job done very quickly. great value for this product.

Over all its an ok product....the lighting on it is terrible.... and when you use the microwave feature or turn on the fan...it is super loud and there is no difference between the hi and lo fan. For the price its an ok product but if you are looking for something that you will enjoy for many years....don't go with cheap. I guarantee you....you will be disappointed.
Bottom line do not buy this product.
Pros: Inexpensive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our cabinet layout made finding a replacement a challenge. Widths are standardized; height and depth are all over the place. This oven fit. Room for improvements - a) the mounting plate mates low on the back - it barely fit without having to cut into the back splash tile, b) the buttons are hard to push, c) the timer cannot be run while the oven is, d) light comes in only from the right side of the turntable, e) you have to keep the manual handy for the COOK and REHEAT features as the display is not informative. It cooks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has just the right amount of features.

Looks great, cooks great, the price was very affordable. My only criticism is that you have to drop down the unit from the cabinet to replace the light bulb and charcoal filter. It's a pain in the butt.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Thanks for the feedback - I'm very happy to hear you like your ME16H702SES. This and other Samsung Over the Range Microwaves are designed to be installed under standard 12-13" cabinets, which should allow enough clearance at the top to remove the screws and hidden vent cover, so the light bulb and charcoal filter can be accessed without having to uninstall the unit.

Best by far for the money

Installation templates are great and everything is included. My wife loved the look as well as the simplicity and power. We may go back tomorrow for a matching stove.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, well lit cooking compartment, modern / stylish
