This is a very user friendly microwave in terms of the many operational functions and ergonomics.
I like the many programming features and the convenience of a user menu to operate each function that is located inside on the upper left facing of the microwave. No more digging out a manual to figure out how to operate the functions. The clock was amazingly simple to set, just press the clock button> set the numbers on the keypad> press the clock button again and it's ready to go. Why can't they all be Samsungs! So easy. Ergonomically, it's a very elegant and beautiful design, with clean lines, rounded corners, and the curved handle, absolutely gorgeous. The easy touch buttons are fun to operate, you can conveniently add an additional 30 seconds to any operation with out restarting the microwave. I couldn't ask for more with the large oven space that can easily handle a large serving platter or an 8 X 13 casserole dish. Even my large tea pitcher fits nicely inside so, there's no more using additional dishes to get the job done. I am enjoying your products and I have a washer and dryer on the way. EXCITING! Thank you Samsung design team for making products that are real-time user friendly and making my job more fun and easier!

Must use a jet engine to spin the internal dish

This is a VERY Noisy unit. So noisy that we generally do not use the exhaust fan option. The noise is the reasons for such low rating for performance and design. It has good features, but the light is weak too.
Pros: Bright display, heats food well
Cons: noisy, under counter light is weak
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great microwave with awesome features. I love how we were able to convert the vent fan to a recirculating style from the hood option. We did in a couple of minutes here right at home. Easy to install and use as well. Good overall product.
