This replaced another brand that lasted 2 years before the door handle broke. I chose the Samsung because it was about the best construction in this price range, and that the door takes less pulling force to overcome the tension in the latch. It matches the other brand appliances well and gets food hot. What else can you ask for?
Pros: Durable, Inexpensive

I mostly bought this microwave because it's style matched my new Samsung stove. The cook times in this microwave are slightly worse than some cheaper microwaves, but only by a little. A small price to pay for having it look nice in the kitchen.
Cons: wall mount not very secure.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like this microwave but reason I got one star off is due the buttons not as sensitive as I would have liked. You have to press them hard to make them react. Otherwise nice design and good performance.
Pros: Durable

Excellent Buy with the basic features I need

This installed easily, and the instructions were clear. You just have to have an extra pair of hands to help hang the unit, once you've installed the bracket.
Looks great and works great so far. If you don't need all the fancy extras and want a high quality, basic microwave, this is it.

I struggled to install this myself (that's my problem!), largely because my old microwave was so difficult to remove. But when I got going, it wasn't too bad. So far, we like what we see! It's sleek, simple, and effective.
