We needed a stainless steel microwave to fit in a small area over the range. We were pleasantly suprised by the looks and ease of use. The only problem was the carton was missing the glass turntable. Lowes was great and immediately gave us a turntable from the display model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had got my samsung microwave 3 months ago and I love it. It is just the right size to put above your stove, it even has a light built in at the bottom, so you always have a night light in your kitchen for them late night cravings. No more falling over your kitchen table and chairs.. Samsung never fails to amaze me. Now instead of just having a smart phone, smart tv, now I have a smart microwave. Thank you Samsung for the great products you make. I enjoy having you in my house hold.

Great product in a value microwave

This is a basic microwave - great for those of us who use a microwave, but don't need all the bells and whistles. But even though it is simple, it is enclosed in a beautiful, well-finished, solidly built container. The microwave even has pre-sets for melting chocolate & butter, as well as all the normal presets for popcorn, etc. I am very pleased with the product and time will tell how it holds up.
Pros: Inexpensive

I selected this microwave because it's everything I needed. Love the turntable, the attractive blue lighting on the clock and it compliments my other Samsung products in my kitchen. Very happy with my purchase.

This appliance works and looks great but the installation hardware had a defect

This microwave does everything I want and looks great with the other stainless steel appliances. It also is much quieter than our previous microwave. The advertised dimensions are correct and it fits nicely into the space between cabinets. I followed the installation instructions closely and things went fine until the VERY LAST STEP. That's when the instructions said "insert the 2 self-aligning screws through the cabinet bottom shelf and filler block into the outer top cabinet of the unit." The screw on the right side worked fine but I could NOT get the screw on the left side to thread into the locking nut inside the unit. I worked on it FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR, moving the unit around, trying to line it up. Finally, I opened the grill, pried out the locking nut, and saw it was incompatible with the self-aligning screw. I replaced the defective items with my own hardware, tightened the unit into place, and solved the problem. But it was A BIG HASSLE!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: installation problem

I have both black & stainless appliances in my kitchen, so this microwave helped to tie everything together with both its black & stainless elements. Mounted easily. Works great. Love the recessed turntable & ease of use. Mine is mounted over a counter under a cabinet, not over a range, and the light is a nice touch in that corner of the kitchen. Overall very pleased.
