Good basic cooker, touchpad needs heavy pressure

I purchased the Samsung so that it would match my new Samsung gas range. I like the looks, and it feels more solid than some others in this price range. It cooks just fine, normal functions. It's a little noisier than the GE it replaced. I like the vent grille facing the top, and it included the charcoal filter for recirculating vent option. Not sure how much it filters, as it is a pretty wide mesh. The underneath light is pretty poor. It doesn't provide much illumination to the stovetop. The only thing I really don't like is how hard I have to press on the touchpad to get a response. It's abnormally hard. Contrast that to my new Samsung range where the touchpad is very sensitive, ultra sensitive. Just brushing a button with the edge of a cleaning cloth activates the button. I'm not sure if it was designed this way, or the touchpad is faulty. I love the range, but don't love this model of microwave because of the touchpad, it's a bit annoying to have to push so hard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Two years old and it has stopped working. This is VERY common. Microwave runs continously unless you unplug it. Do not buy this junk.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dangerous Microwave Beware!

We bought our microwave less than a year ago. I was sitting at the kitchen table and all of a sudden the vent came on by itself. I thought it was strange so I got up to check it out. The door was burning hot. I opened the door to try and figure out where the heat was coming from...as the microwave was off at the time. I quickly touched the bottom of the microwave and it was so hot it burned my fingers and gave me blisters immediately. I could smell a burning plastic smell. I hurried up and unplugged the machine. I called Samsung and they said they would have to send someone out to inspect it. I told them there was no way I was going to keep this microwave. I wanted them to replace it. i told them that I would ship it to them but I was not paying for that either. However, I have decided this microwave is not worth my families lives. We have decided to just go buy a different brand. I do think they should refund my money. In my opinion this could have burned my house down. Thank God I was home at the time.
A second thing to note is that we do a lot of home cooked meals. I don't think we have used the microwave more than ten times since we got it. We really got it just to have a vent over the stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought Sixto montes agosto, Im very hapy with tha products, washer, micowave, and my PHONE note 9 and I Jope for thanksgiving can buy. My dream a samsung watch.
