key pad scratches easily

I purchased this in January 2019. I love the look of the microwave initially. However,. I cleaned the key pad with a paper towel and now looks like used sandpaper. Scratches over the entire key pad that are perm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought our unit a few weeks ago and are very pleased. we like the design and the features. If I could change one thing the microwave should have a little brighter bulb for the light underneath. we replaced our with an LED. that being said we like the Samsung microwave:)

It worked great for 2.5 years then it quit heating. Costs just as much to buy a new one as it is to repair it. In the trash it goes!
