Catch on fire!!! Beware!!!!

it catch fire and was so intense that the crystal plate melted. i kept thinking what it will really happened if we were not at home because it was empty not food on it.

Unit failed after 34 months

purchased this microwave oct 2019 and it failed 34 months later. its all the worse as we are gone 5 months out of the year and this unit replaced the same model that failed in 2019. we stayed with same model so i didn’t have to change mounting brackets. wont nake that mistake again.

Microwave lasted 2 years and 8 months. Then it just died. This is the 2nd Samsung microwave that died on me. The first one at least lasted about 5 years. It worked fine when it did work but nothing so impressive that would cause me to ever trust Samsung again for a microwave.

I’ve had this 3 years and it already has to be replaced. It has stopped heating. Also, the fan is very loud.
